Filming Process

  • We may request permission to film during the initial consultation or quote process.
  • A Client Consent Form will be provided for your review and signature before filming begins.
  • We typically focus on filming common areas like kitchens and bathrooms after cleaning.
  • We will avoid filming bedrooms, personal belongings, or anything that could identify you.
  • We primarily use wide shots to showcase the transformed space.

How the Footage Will Be Used

  • Filmed content may be used for marketing materials, including our website, social media platforms, and promotional videos.
  • We reserve the right to edit footage for clarity and length.

Client Rights

  • You have the right to refuse filming at any time.
  • You can revoke your consent for using footage even after filming.

Client Right to Revoke Consent

You have the right to revoke your consent for using footage at any time. To revoke consent, please contact us by:

We will process your request to revoke consent within 3 business days. Upon receiving your request, we will take all reasonable steps to remove or delete the footage from our marketing materials, including our website and social media platforms.

We will also make best efforts to remove the footage from any other platforms where we have direct control of the content.

Important Note: Due to the nature of the internet, it is possible that copies of the footage may already exist online after we have removed it from our own channels. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of the footage from the entire internet. However, we will no longer be obligated to remove content from our platforms after two (2) years from the date the footage was originally posted and will assess those requests at our discretion.
